Shipping
Order processing. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation and a tracking link when your order ships.
Where items ship from, and how long it takes. We fulfil from the United States and, for some items, through vetted partner suppliers.
- United States: typically 5–8 business days after processing.
- International: typically 10–20 business days after processing.
- Items shipped from overseas suppliers may take longer.
We would rather give you an honest longer estimate we meet than a short one we miss.
Orders containing items from more than one store. Our stores share one catalogue and one checkout, so a single order may include items from different brands. Those items may ship separately and arrive on different days, at no extra shipping cost to you. Each shipment is tracked on its own.
Shipping costs. Calculated at checkout based on destination and the items in your cart. Many of our suppliers offer free shipping above an order value (for most of our range, orders over $60); where a supplier offers it, that saving is passed straight to you and reflected at checkout.
Customs & import duties (international orders). International shipments, and any item shipped from outside your country, may be subject to customs duties, taxes or fees charged by your country on delivery. These are set by your local authorities, are the recipient’s responsibility, and are not included in our prices or shipping charges.
Tracking & delivery issues. Use the tracking link in your shipping email. If a package is delayed, lost or arrives damaged, contact support@divastrends.com and we’ll help resolve it.
